getting your jump on

Today’s work out is going to be interval fun! We are going to do a lot of jumping, so make sure to have a lot of energy!

0-5 min – Warm up:  Treadmill walk incline at 4.0 and speed at 4.0

Start your intervals!!!! Repeat these 3 times!!

2 minutes on the stair climber at 6.0, alternating legs and hoping from step to step.

100 jumping jacks

50 crunchies (your choice)

50 ski jumps

5 minutes on the treadmill doing Tip Toe jogging at 0.0 incline and 5.5 speed

12 burpees

make sure to cool down on the treadmill for a slow paced walk for 5 minutes.  I suggest no incline with 4.0 speed.
