wheat lavosh garden burger with kale chips!

OMFG this is so freaking good!! Ok you can choose any garden burger patty brand you like, I just love this brand and one patty is only 100 calories.

What you need:

Kale (washed and cut) & baked (I bake my kale with lite olive oil, salt and pepper at 400 degrees for 9-12 minutes)

Salt & pepper

Garden burger

Tomato

Lettuce

Shredded low fat cheese of your choice

Fresh salsa

1/2 of a piece of Wheat lavosh (I get this from Trader Joe’s)

-Heat up the patty and make the lavosh crispy if you want, put on the veggies and add lite shredded cheese and salsa and BOOM! lunch is served!
