steam/grill asparagus

Ok, this isn’t the best pic of my asparagus but it will do.  I always get told I make a bomb asparagus so I shall share my secret.  I spray my pan with olive oil spray and heat up the pan on a med-high then I add fresh asparagus.  I drizzle a little olive oil and put in a little water and all the seasonings I decide to use (salt, pepper and cayenne usually) and then I put the lid on it.  I stir it here and there for about six minutes.  That way it is a little steamed and a little grilled.  Tastes yummy!
